Abstract




The mentoring program for Social Media Marketing (SMM) targeting MSMEs under the guidance of PT BPR Duta Perdana addresses the challenges faced by business owners in improving product promotion and sales. This topic was chosen due to the limited knowledge of MSMEs regarding effective digital marketing strategies, despite SMM's ability to quickly reach a broader market. The importance of this program lies in its contribution to building the capacity of MSMEs to use social media as a marketing tool, thereby enhancing competitiveness and business sustainability. The program's methodology included coordination with PT BPR Duta Perdana, preparation of training materials, and direct mentoring for MSMEs on implementing SMM. The activities involved discussions, training, and practical exercises on social media marketing. The results showed increased motivation and capability among MSMEs in leveraging social media for promotion, reflected in the participants' enthusiasm and the appreciation expressed by PT BPR Duta Perdana. This program successfully boosted MSME confidence in exploring their business potential.
